INGREDIENTS:
WAFFLE
-1 scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
-½ cup almond milk
-¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
-¼ cup oat flour
-¼ cup almond flour
-2 tablespoons butter (melted)
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1 egg
-¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
-⅛ teaspoon salt

COOKIE DOUGH
-½ scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
-¼ scoop Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder
-½ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
-2 tablespoons butter, softened
-¼ up zero-calorie sweetener
-1 ½ tablespoons almond milk
-½ tsp vanilla extract
-⅛ teaspoon salt
-2 tablespoons oat flour
-2 tablespoons almond flour
-2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE SAUCE
-½ scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
-¼ cup almond milk
-1 tablespoon peanut butter
-1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
WAFFLE
1. Heat a waffle iron to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine Quest Protein Powder®, sweetener, oat flour, almond meal, baking powder, and salt. Whisk in almond milk, butter, egg, applesauce, and vanilla extract until thick and smooth.
3. Coat waffle iron with cooking spray.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of waffle batter and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Repeat with remaining batter.
6. For more crispy waffles bake on 400°F for 5 minutes or desired crispiness.

COOKIE DOUGH
1. Blend Quest Bar® into a powder.
2. Cream together the butter, sweetener, and powdered Quest Bar® until smooth.
3. Add in almond milk, vanilla, and salt
4. Stir in oat flour, Quest® Protein Powder and sugar free chocolate chips until combined. Set aside.

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE SAUCE
1. In a large bowl, combine Quest Protein Powder®, almond milk, peanut butter, and cocoa powder.
