Hunter recently won his first bodybuilding competition ever. He not only won his class, Heavy Weight Open Bodybuilding, but he also managed to win the overall trophy at the 2016 Branch Warren Classic, held here in Houston Texas.
Step 1 – You want your shoulder back and your elbow frozen at your side. Allowing the target muscle to do all the work.
Step 2 – As you press the rope down you want to slight pull your wrist in and truly squeeze the tricep
Step 3 – Keep mindful to keep everything in line, do not allow for your elbow to flare.
Step 4 – Starting your first set with a light weight is a great way to feel the range of motion before increasing the load on the muscle. Try and perform at least 10-12 reps per arm for each set.
