☞ Ingredients
200g minced chicken breast
1 chopped onion 
100 g chopped fresh mushrooms 
1 chopped or grated carrot 
½ chopped pepper 
1 whole egg
½ cup oat flakes
garlic powder, to taste
salt & pepper, to taste
thyme powder, to taste
coconut oil

☞ Directions
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC.
2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and roll with the mixture. 
3. Place the roll on a rectangular oven tray greased with coconut oil.
4. Cover the roll with silver foil and cook for an hour.
5. Remove the foil and cook for another 15-30 minutes, until the roll is fully cooked (internal temperature of at least 74 ºC)
